Alexander Technique
Founded by F. Matthias Alexander during the early 1900s, the Alexander Technique methodically works to modify everyday habits. Through improval of ease and freedom of movement, balance, support and coordination, the Alexander Technique promotes adequate appropriation of effort and energy in individual activities; thus allowing more vitality for items on one's personal, daily agenda.
