Polarity therapy training teaches students the theory about how energy is unbalanced, blocked or locked due to stress or other issues, illness and pain. Future practitioners in a Polarity therapy training course will learn that this healing art is a means of finding the blockages to release energy to original flow patterns. In addition, students in a polarity training program will learn how to administer a Polarity therapy session, where they will observe and assess the energies while utilizing palpation and interviews.
